At Totelyhers we get it waiting for your new favorite bag is the hardest part! Once your order leaves our hands and is accepted by USPS or UPS it’s in the hands of the carrier. From that moment on the carrier is responsible for any lost, delayed or stolen packages.
We always provide a tracking number so you can follow your bag’s journey from our door to yours. If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t made it to your doorstep or if there are missing scans, delays, or other delivery issues please contact USPS or UPS directly. They’re the only ones who can locate, reroute or recover your package once it’s in transit.
Pro tip: Double-check your shipping address at checkout! Totelyhers can’t be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact the carrier promptly if anything seems off to avoid extra delays.
